Music Submission guidelines

SUBMITTING YOUR MUSIC FOR CONSIDERATION

Before you submit music to be considered for representation, please be sure to familiarize yourself with our Music Creators FAQs section, and have a basic understanding of our main deal points.  If you have specific questions about how to work with us, please Contact Us and one of our creative licensing consultants will be in touch to discuss.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Music submissions should be sent submissions@dewolfemusic.com. Please send streaming links, DO NOT send attachments.  Emails containing attachments will immediately be discarded.  Once our team has reviewed your material, we will let you know which tracks we are interested in representing and start preparing paperwork.  While we do listen to every submission, we will be in touch only if we are interested in adding your music to our repertoire.  Please refrain from resubmitting the same material repeatedly, sending follow up notes, or calling in for feedback.

What WE WILL NEED ONCE YOUR MUSIC IS SELECTED

It is imperative that we have all the materials we need to represent your material professionally, before we make your music available to be licensed to our client base.  Below is a checklist of what we will need once your music has been approved:

- Broadcast quality 48k WAV / AIF files of all the songs we will be representing.
- Full vocal + Instrumental versions (and cut down edits if available)
- High quality artwork / artist image / logo
- A brief bio
- Lyric sheets
- PRO information for all credited writers and publishers of the submitted works, including PRO assigned work ID codes and IPI numbers
- Your signed contract, signed by all controlling parties
